for the Alpha Foundation to provide programs
that address the unique educational challenges
and social needs of deserving male students in
the Sarasota/Manatee communities.
Since its inception in 2001, the Alpha Foundation has addressed the issues
of low grade point averages, poor performance on standardized tests, higher than
normal dropout rates, and a failure of many minority males to graduate from high school.
This is only possible because of thoughtful contributions from people like you.
This year’s golfing event will allow us to continue
to provide college scholarships, college tours and mentoring programs for deserving young men.
